Certain that the real estate property market will continue an upbeat mood in the coming months, Belton Communities Inc. (BCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucio Tan-led Eton Properties Philippines Inc (EPPI) is banking on its mid-inome developments to further boost sales.
According to Belton Communities Inc. senior assistant vice president and project director Juan Antonio Gatuslao, the demand for mid-market housing utis reflects the increase in buyers’ desire for more stable and tangible ways to spend their money.
“Belton Communities is definitely poised to take advantage of this demand as it offers the market reasonably priced properties, stamped with the same world-class standards of parent company Eton Properties,” he said.
Established a year ago, BCI has sought to establish a new standard in housing developments, with its properties being strategically located, well-designed master planned residential communities made available to a greater number of families through its affordable prices.
“Belton Communities takes advantage of the extensive land bank of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies to offer quality real estate properties which are part of integrated communities with convenient access to schools, hospitals, transport, leisure and entertainment facilities,” Gatuslao said.
BCI’s first project launched a year ago is the North Belton Communities along Quirino Highway in Novaliches, Quezon City, which offers a lifestyle of convenience shopping, being right across SM Hypermarket and minutes away from SM North and Trinoma.
“And, as buyers are now particular in choosing where to buy because of all the flooding brought about by ‘Ondoy’ and other recent super typhoons, we are glad to say that North Belton Communities is flood-free, owing to both good location – at least 131 ft. above sea level, as well as more than adequate drainage systems,” added Gatuslao.
